Medium well steak completely raw..we are just the outside part that was done..our dog ate the rest!

Want a good steak with the flavor a steak. Here is the place. Had a great meal and device was of the finest.

Great place to eat. The food is served in generously sized portions and is of excellent quality. The staff are very friendly. I've ate at this restaurant about 250 times and have left happy every time.

Rapid City, SD Texas RoadhouseI'd eat somewhere else if you are looking for steak and ribs. Their burgers.... aren't anything to right home about but they are filling and sometimes have flavor. We ordered some food to go last night and the only thing edible was the baked potatoes and the blooming onion. The steak we ordered was over cooked and no seasoning. The ribs were almost completely burnt but hey at least the charred remains of the meat still fell off the bone (insert eye roll here) only reason giving 2 stars was because the staff was friendly and when the lemonades were forgotten they called us right away so we could come back and get them.

It's hard to find any fault with Texas Roadhouse-Rapid City, SD. The staff is always inviting, the place feels like it is always busy -- adding to the atmosphere, and every worker appears like they are happy to be there; which is usually a testament to a good management team. The best part of this place, though, is that their food is CONSISTENT and ensured to be satisfying by the attentiveness of the staff. Great place with great food! ***Watch out for the crumbling street infrastructure surrounding the parking lot and the area around the Mall.***

My 2nd visit to Texas Roadhouse 1st to this one and it was equally as good this time I brought a friend I had a 8oz sirloin and it had absolutely no fat cooked perfectly steak fries and chili the unlimited bread rolls are great they have peanuts to snack on but I'm always to full we also had a appetizer tater skins Amber was our server was great Mandi was the service manager stopped by and was great we are really impressed service the food the speed time waiting I couldn't have had it better I will be back

Lively place that was very busy. Good range of beers - we had a drink at the bar while waiting for our table. Food was tasty, good value with helpful service. Recommended

Love the flavors!! Always delicious and always treated with courteous and friendly staff. Price always seemed fare for the amount of food and the wonderful flavors.

I've eaten at Texas Roadhouse in several different states and they never fail me. Always excellent, friendly service. The atmosphere and food are wonderful. The rolls? Absolutely amazing, especially when paired with the cinnamon butter! Mmmm

This place has awesome meats!!!!! Steaks are top of the line and delicious. The staff are so fast they have your drink refiled before you finnish it and they are so friendly. Such a fun place to eat. The kids love making a mess with the peanuts. We stop in for lunch every trip to Rapid City. The prices are so reasonable. You get a better quality meal with great portions for a great price. I have four kids so it is important that we don't go overboard on prices. This place meets and exceeds all expectations. Thank you Texas Roadhouse !!!! Best restaurant in Rapid City

Went in for dinner tonight. We were promptly greeted and seated and given our bread. That's where the good customer service ended. We waited over 15 minutes and not a single server stopped to say hi or take our order. Meanwhile, we watched other tables be seated, have their drinks delivered and have their orders taken. There were numerous employees standing around talking. We ended up leaving without anyone coming to our table.

Great food and great service! We waited literally 30 seconds for a table and had such a friendly and responsive waitress. Our drinks were always refilled and the food was delicious. The price is an excellent value for what you get. The house salad and potato soup were great sides. Ribs were awesome. It is loud in there.

If you've been to a Texas Roadhouse before, this is just as good as any other. Otherwise, expect to have a fun time.If you don't know what to get, I suggest an 8 oz. sirloin. The sirloin was juicy, and the food was warm all around. Our meals were out a little quicker than we expected.The service was exceptional; our waiter had a conversation with us, and she was very friendly.

Great place to celebrate daddies 65th birthday with the family, was fun to watch them sit him on a saddle & give him be big happy birthday yeehaw!

We really enjoyed it this week, not so much last week though. Our hostess Alyssa was amazing this week. She was kind, funny, entertained us with answers to the crazy questions we threw her way, etc. Watch the time you go to get better service and food more quickly. I'd recommend this place for a quick gathering with friends as well as a meal with family.

Had a great dinner. The server Jenn was really wonderful. She really knew how to make us feel welcome and was a joy to talk to. We never had to ask for anything. She was really awesome. I would highly recommend dining at Texas Roadhouse!

We've always had excellent service from the staff at Texas Roadhouse in Rapid City. By far, their food flavor is high-class with an affordable price. I usually order the bone-in ribeye dinner. The meat is always juicy and done perfectly! I would give this place ten stars if they were available! Hats off to the management for hiring a staff who seem to love their job.

Normally my favorite place to go but apparently unable to accommodate an almost 9 month pregnant woman who wasnt comfortable in the booth. Left in tears feelings like a disgusting cow and didnt even eat. Thank you so much for that.

Great food, love the rattle snake bites. Would have been 5 star if they hadn't tried to pass off a newyork strip as a ribeye, was still a great steak though. And I'm definitely coming back for more rattle snake bites!

I love the food and this is some of the best service I've ever received. Waitresses are always friendly and helpful. The food is quick and delicious. They've never messed up and order. The only downside is the wait time to get in because they're so busy. But it's worth it.

I always have a pretty good experience here. The servers are nice but not always the most attentive, I'm sure that comes with long hours and large sections. My steaks have always been cooked exactly as requested, which is great!

Our food was AMAZING! The server Gabriel was the most polite young man. My husband is in a wheelchair & a Desert Storm Veteran. 🇺🇸 Gabriel and the host went out of their way to accommodate us. Highly recommend.

Great customer service! I had left my wallet there while traveling to Missoula, MT and they were so nice about everything. They kept great communication and shipped it out as quickly as they could. I am super appreciative of that :)

I called in an order. Was not told that their systems crashed. I ended waiting 2hrs outside. Talked to a waiter 3 times. Turns out my order was NEVER put in. So NOT ok. No apology and gift cards. Happy Mothers Day.

We always like Texas Roadhouse. Good food, good service, reasonable prices. Can't go wrong.

Normally one of the best places in town to get a steak. In the last three weeks I’ve ordered Togo from their App, first time the steak was cook to medium when I ordered medium rare. On Mother’s Day ordered again on the app. Scheduled it to be done at 6:30pm. Show up at 6:30 to no food ready. Wait till 7pm still no food. Went up to the counter and come to find out our dinner had not even been started on. Waited another 30 mins, now an hour later than the food was supposed to be ready I get a bag with food. All steaks were ordered medium rare- all steaks were cooked till they were dry and tough as leather. Sides were missing and all the food was cold.

The whole experience was great. . The staff are all very attentive. The food was Mouth Watering & Hot on delivery. The Prime rib was so tender , It melts in your mouth. !! It's Very enjoyable 👌 can't wait to return .

Very good food. Polite wait staff, never had a problem with them.The atmosphere can get a bit loud and intense sometimes, but that’s what they’re going for, so don’t go if you want to have a quiet dinner conversation.

My family and I visited the Rapid City, SD restaurant on 3/1/2020. It was the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. First of all, we were the last group to be seated, even though I could see many open tables that would accommodated our group. The hostess stated she would seat us in 2 separate booths. Even though there were many longer tables that could have helped. After we got seated, the table behind us and next to us, both got their food before us. I was never given an explanation to any of it. I won't return unless I'm not so hungry that I don't mind waiting 2 hours to finally eat.

Super good food for a great price. Wait staff was super nice, and made sure we had everything we needed.
